Metallicus is delighted to announce that Donald Berk has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer.

Don originally joined Metallicus as a Senior Executive in September ’21 and has contributed significantly to the growth of Metallicus over the last year.

Don brings an unfathomable amount of expertise to Metallicus, and as an advocate for blockchain technology, he is pivotal in supporting the business to achieve its mission to bridge the gap between traditional banking and digital assets. As Don steps into the role, he takes on the responsibility of Human Resources, Information Security, Digital Marketing, Sales, and Client Services.

Don brings a wealth of traditional banking experience, which is paramount as we begin our charge to integrate Metallicus products into financial institutions globally.”

Don’s professional career included 25 years at Northern Trust, where he held multiple leadership positions, and through his strategic vision, saved the company over $150M+ in costs.

From day one, Metallicus was built on the belief that a simple customer experience, strong regulatory compliance, flawless security, and verified identity, are essential for the integration and scalable use of digital assets in financial services and economic activity. Don is a pivotal figure in helping Metallicus develop upon these founding principles.
